Ingredients For taco shells
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 4 dry red chillies
- 1 cup boiled & mashed potatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- ¼ tsp mixed herbs
- ¼ lemon’s juice Salt to taste For assembly
- Tomato ketchup
- 1 cup grated processed cheese
- Butter/Oil for frying

Tacos making is very easy Today I’ll share the recipe of crispy potato tacos Mexicana we’ll prepare potato tacos on Griddle Pan simple ingredients go into them and are very easy to make let’s prepare dough to make taco sheets/shells In a bowl, take 1 cup all-purpose flour add in salt to taste This is the same method of making Chicken Tacos, just we have to take chicken instead of potatoes.

Fry until crisp take out from oil fried onion & chillies have cooled down alongside, take 1 cup boiled & mashed potatoes take a few fried chillies, as per taste add in salt to taste crush the chillies & salt together crush it well right texture is reached mix onion to the crushed chilli.
Now take mashed potatoes chopped coriander leaves salt to taste Mixed herb 1 / 4th lemon’s juice mix well everything is mixed well taco filling is ready to transfer it to a bowl after 15 minutes.
Let’s check the dough it has risen to knead it for 1 more minute take it out on a rolling surface roll & divide the dough into small portions roll these to make balls dust some all-purpose flour on the rolling surface start rolling it out make it to a medium-sized circular flat taco sheet not too thick.

Not too thin perfect thickness keep it on a plate make all the taco sheets in a similar way all taco sheets are prepared to let’s go for it’s first roasting heat a griddle pan place each taco sheet one by one on it semi roast them from both the sides like this prepare all the taco sheets the same way.
